We learn Management in family first then practice in study and later carry on with Works. Can you explain ?

Management is the vital factor which contributes to health, happiness and well being of the family. Management in family deals with the practical application of the principles of management as well as the administrative aspect of the family living which gives us lives, feelings, thoughts values, standards, goals and multiple experiences and these values experiences and standards closely relates to each other to motivate the family to make proper decision and to achieve the desired goals.

in our academic phase we learn how things works in management, operations, information systems policies and how to focus on the strategies, behaviors, psychologies, impacts, developments, effect on economic climate etc.  

After completing studies, this is to be sure that the theories learned should be implemented practically such as business strategies, consumer psychologies, market developments customer behaviors and the impacts of the business with economic conditions and their effects too.
