Project Life Cycle starts when the ideas are initiated and ultimately closed when the project meets its objectives.

Project Life Cycle should not be confused with Project Phases. They are separate and cannot be co-related. All these project phases many times throughout the Project Life Cycle depending upon the project and industry type.
