From anywhere his qualifications came , I must putting him under the experiment for period as3 months then I decide if he recommended to this position or not
I think this questions may have several answers. The first one is about respect, of course I will respect anyone and his qualification that comes to me for work it doesn't matter if it is an online scholar or a full time student.
The question of hiring him/her very much depends on what i as the recruiter is looking for, from the prospective employees (applicants). Does he/she have the necessary skills, experience, qualification, etc that i am looking for or that will enable him/her to be competent in the work that i am going to offer.
After having considered all this, i can decide who is the candidate for the job.
Definitely respect due to all positions are valuable. Recruitment depends on organizational demand whether it would be online or in-person course.
On line degree is not a major issue, rather discipline of the degree and the reputation of the University will a major consideration
Probation period and performance matters. In standard Organizations, they follow certain stipulations as Qualification and where your experience from.
(As of now many qualifications and experience can be purchased by undergoing certain minor processes)
Qualification should be a quality to work but a piece of paper.
The training and experience through online determine whether they are capable of certification.
If this engineer is shape enough I would definitely give him/her a chance, then evaluate knowledge and performance.
as per my View
Degree never works only helping hand and experience makes work perfection. I will prefer qualification with grasp of mind Employee for probation period.
Yes definitely. Degree is degree, no matter if its through Online or through University. What matter is the knowledge gained.
we can't decide about the illegibility of a person for the post on the basis of the degree that from where is it got. it is totally depends upon that what is the level of ability and skills in the candidate under discussion after checking his skills and tact we can decide it...............
I believe educational qualifications are to east to obtain in todays world and value experience over qualifications. I do however, sympathise with people who choose this route as there are often no other way to get noticed. Its worth interviewing them though, as I normally find if the person fits the job will too. Good question.
