I can mention allot, but will concentrate on:
- Behavior of the employee: aggressive, isolation,
- Performance
- Job satisfaction
- Inefficient use of company's inventory
- Sabbotage and acts that may harm others
The organization must provide the employee work environment to ease the pressures of work, because the productivity of the employee relies heavily on the work environment, the better the work environment was better productivity and an increase in profit and minimize losses for it.
There must be ground rules for the construction of the work environment right form until it is easing the burden on employees
And the opposite direction, there becomes a company employee abandon
1. Less productivity.
2. Absenteeism of employees
3. Lack of coordination.
4. Poor Performance.
The organisation is seriously faced to pay cash the cases uprising of non conformities.

It would be low performance in the short run and attrtion in the long run.
from the answers I found that these answers is talking as this work stress is up normal and lead to collapsing the organization from my opinion and with respect to all answers I think no work without stress, but that stress should be within the work & job activities. this type of stress is normal and will increase the performance, skills and productivity if we take it in positive way.
