Hello Wesam,

I can Imagine how hard it is to work in such conditions, but i will consider it as a challenge and will keep focusing on my work. i would fight back by not letting the negativity of the workplace to control me, with this being done, sooner or later, i'm sure the results will be satisfying.

Hold a meeting, definitely training is needed. Each person has a job description and job duties that sound like are not clear (based on your situation). Top management shouldn't expand only if the organization has expanded its locations. Top management also should take part in the training since they are unorganized and it seems that is also causing the confusion and outbreaks at work.

The right decision would be to open the communication lines and establish a better form of management.
