CSR is a short form of Corporate Social Responsibilty which refers to the voluntary activites undertaken by the company to operate in an economic, social and envioromentally sustainable manner.

As a Manager i would make sure the company or Organisation pays Remuneration, which means the paying fair wages to its employees enough to meet their basic needs.

I would make  sure their is employee development inthe Organisation or Company by investing in the training and development of the employees carriers.

I would make sure employees have a life balance by giving them flexible working hours, leave of absence, health insurance that covers them24-7 so that they can enjoy working for the company.
