A) Have a war room.

B) Hire a contractor.

C) Hold more meetings to get the word out.

D) Gain extra assistance from management.

Option D
D) Gain extra assistance from management.
Coordination require handling of the situation by a few with talent, communication and leadership skills, a war room may have the possibility of split of opinions and group formation--that is against the principle of coordination unless there is an exceptional team spirit among the project team.
first define the problem!
Usually a war room give you more problems/opinions (agree with mr Venkitaramam Krishna Moorthy Vrindavan).
Hire a contractor will give you more coordination.
If the isolated problem asks for more meetings, do so, but very directed!
If necessary don't be afraid to ask for help/assistance, do it in time!
I would go for option D
The overall planning, control and coordination of manpower, costs
and resources starting from the design up to the stage of completion
to meet client needs and ensure that the construction is completed
on time within cost and quality of work as expected by the client.
Option D.
Nice answer by Mr. Venkitaraman.
Have a war room !!
Answer D I think
D) Gain extra assistance from management.
In such situations effective management is required for proper coordination of tasks.
