All are equally important. Coming to the last point (F) I would like to add CRM. We should treat our colleagues / employees as our 'Internal customers' and should have good relationship management.

F. Something to mention?- The supervisor also has to know about the likes, dislikes and motivating factors of each indevidual.
For1 itmight be only money. For another it might be recognition. It depends from prson to person.
It is his/her responsiblity to align the emploees goals with the goals of the co and also advising them about how they they can be achived in the short , medium and long term.
