SHL Ability tests and personality questionnaires are proven methods for assessing critical qualities for job success, such as solving problems, communicating effectively, and being innovative and creative. It’s for these reasons that employers use such tests widely.

Yes , I agree with this approach because that represents the highest employment criteria , and This indicates the gravity of these companies
Yes they are beneficial tests for hiring candidates.
A test is just a test and some people do better on paper than in reality; some people have a fear of testing and you will miss the real potential of a person if you rely only on these test scores.
Test if you must, but also keep in mind that it does not everything you need to know.
You can get some one scoring mid range which will turn out to be loyal, hard working and dependable
and a high scorer which is lazy .. pushes work of on others and wants the glory all for him/herself... so to answer the question with a question ... which do you prefer???
my choice would be the mid range one, but you also need to be able to see through the "bull ****" right from the start
I agree, although the real test is ability to work it out.
No I Don't
Hi people,
Kindly share me some reference for the Deloitte psychometric test pls..?
thanks a ton!
Approach is right yet people are skillful to mislead with false info.
For them, this is the established procedure and they follow it regardless. From my viewpoint, it really depends on the significance and consequences of this test and whether they are absolute or relative.
