I feel better when I create a new customer who was never interested in the products nor in the company I am representing. Customer of competitors are usually interested in the product but you need to make him get interested in your company. In the first, there is more challenge.
Besides, I usually leave customers of competitors for later times where I feel the chance is small to create new customers.
I Like both getting a new customer or a customer of my competitor. I will be happy if i am able to make more profit for my company.
