Thank you for your invitation Mr Taimoor. I believe that this is related to the manager's character/personality. If it''s a well-intensioned, just person who knows the job and knows to give directions and more or less knows about other people's characters, then if you're providing good services, it's going to be acknowledged and you'll have a satisfied manager. But if your manager it's a mean person who doesn't know how to inspire others and thinks he's/she's the ONE & ONLY, then everything you do isn't good enough. So, I believe it's a matter of luck to have a good manager.
