How was good classroom management achieved? How important is this aspect to effective teaching?

Class room is the place which plays an important role in learning process so it's imperative to make the class environment conducive to it. Two things are basic in this regard:

1- Class should be well equipped with the material required in learning according to the age group of learners and should be placed in a lucrative order.

2- All aspect discipline should be maintained to carry on the learning process smoothly.
