Definitely No for me. I was excited when I got the bronze rank and the silver rank, but then I never felt any increase in my visibility to other employers nor the number of employers who reached out to me as can be perceived in this website. Nowadays, I log in here when I'm bored or when I feel like expressing my thoughts. I'm thinking this feature of the website kinda acts like a Forum complete with ranks.
