Elke Woofter

All of the mentioned items are a motivator for me to stay with a company ... with the salary I earn my living, having a good manager which understands the way you work and welcomes your input ... having a save job where you do not have to worry if you earn your living tomorrow and have a job for a long time ... knowing your company takes care of you with a good health care plan or benefits package which usually includes401 K ... Bonuses, dental vision and vacation time...  yes knowing you have a chance to be promoted not working day in day out in a dead end job ... all of this motives me to come on time to work .. work out of my home when needed... or the power goes out in the plant and urgent business is to be conducted ... my manager usually send us home to continue the work there... it also helped having an offsite server to do all that work and vendors which take a9 pm call from you to confirm an order ... not to speak of working with offices of your company1/2 around the world ...

With so many people out of a job employers take this for granted and do no longer pay for relocation... It tells me what kind of employer I am dealing with if they do not offer benefits or relocation

A. Good salary

B. Good supervision

C. Job security

D. Good health insurance

E. Regular promotions
