After all the efforts, the skills, the knowledge and the techniques, it's up to the almighty God.
I really admire your way of thinking Raed. A sales manager who relies on luck is the worst sales manager ever. It is very wrong if someone thinks that luck can affect your sales. It all depends on your sales skills, your planning and your timing.
It encourages them, shows your positive attitude therefore raises their confidence which can positively impact on the result. But I believe though there's a small part of luck does exist, mostly everything depends on their skills, experience and willing to reach results
I am not sure how much luck affect their results but it definitely gives them motivation to perform well.
Good luck can only give them courage and positiveness in the minds. It's you wishing them well, you wish may or may not change their luck.
I think that saying good luck will only encourage them, the results depend on the way they have been trained to do the job and also on their own efforts and loyalty and they will surely be rewarded by god.
I wish them luck in the successful tour of the day in all respects relating to their journey away from sales because the sales certainly do not rely on luck, but rather depends on the planning of the program today and follow proper foundations for the implementation of the plans
it is to encourage team not meant to relax and everything going well ,No, good words are necessary for enthusiasm
Its a part of courtesy to keep the team motivated !! A Good wish in every aspect !!
I agree with yo MR Mayaleh
