Factors influencing the decision-making:

1. The values and beliefs: the values and beliefs significant impact on decision-making and without it inconsistent with the facts and the nature of the human psyche and their interaction in life.

 

2. Personal effects:

Everyone has his personality that are associated with ideas and beliefs held by that affect the decision to be taken, and thus the decision might be identical with those ideas and attitudes personal to the individual.

 

3. tendencies and ambitions: to the aspirations of the individual and inclinations an important role in decision-making to the individual makes the decision stemming from the inclinations and aspirations without regard to the physical findings or substantive accounts involved.

 

4. psychological factors: psychological factors affect the decision-making and Swabath, removal of stress and turmoil and confusion and hesitation have a significant impact on the completion of the work and achievement of the goals and aspirations and hopes sought by the individual.
