Employee benefits and services include any benefit that the employee receives in addition to direct remuneration, but in2015 the employee much aware about the economical shrink and expansion trends. Hence, the will prefer to get old age, survivors, disability, and health insurance (commonly known as social security) along with Unemployment compensation.

look to maslow needs pyramid and u will understand that benefits may vary from person to  other but medical and pension is asset now and with stress of life you can add activities or discounts in social or educational places etc....

With medical costs rising in2015 and beyond, health insurance is the number one concern that all employees have. A good health insurance package was rated number one amongst all companies and fortune500 companies throughout the world. 

 

I agree with answers above: severance package or vacation time pay,401K if available and contribution packages (benefits)... (Don't know if this exists in Middle East)
