Basically I Would Start From Customer Inquiries . What Are The Inquiries About ? In This Case The Sales Are Down And The Only Customer Activity Is From Customer Inquiry . So Processing The Inquiries Carefully And Analyzing It Would Give An Answer To The Current Issue On Which Part Of Selling We Are Missing Here . I Think I Have To Make Some Changes On Current Trending And Start To Understand What The Customer Wants . Marketing Spend Needs Some Changes . We Should Add Some More Value To The After Sales Service In This Competitive Market . And Also Have To Re-Look On Staff Incentives And Initiative Program To Encourage Them To Compete Against Each Other In A Healthy Way .
I Would Like To Add That , More Easy Purchasing Methods Needs To Be Implemented . Eg - Installment Scheme And More Credit Card Option .
