Failure is supposed to be a great teacher because  you can only learn from a Failure  "how to correct and survive".

Mukesh Varadhan
by Mukesh Varadhan , Administration Manager , M/s. Triton Health Care

I have learnt a lot:-

First honestly accepting the failure.

How to come back strongly.

How to correct myself and not to repeat.

Not to compare with others.

Never test the depth of the river with both the feet (comparison for financial investment)

I believe:-Success is not final. failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts.

Thanks Mr. Alex for kindling my memories.

The fear of failure may not necessarily be a bad thing, as it can propel you to succeed. Some people use it as a motivating factor to ensure they succeed. As long as you do not get paralyzed into inaction and limit your appetite for taking risk, I believe the fear of failure as a propelling factor can be of good use. Life does not ends/stop from one or few failures, its not end of the world. What matters is you continue learning from your failures.

During my studies and my professional career I had been

doing my best how avoiding falling in failures .

But as you now asked me I would say that the great lesson I'm aware of is that

someone learns so much from his failures and from those of  other people.
