I agree with Ashraf, but sometimes a school has a wing or a side of the building dedicated for special education resources. Even if its a small classroom, as long as the teacher is trained to work with special education students and has sufficient resources to use then it would be fine. Unless there was a large number of kids in that particular community who are in need of special education services then I can see another school being built to accommodate them. It also depends on the budget of the school and what is allowed for spending and or planning.
I would not advise because they are very special status preferably be within the private schools because there are other children there could be rubbing some embarrassments might cause to the school this aspect is scientifically preferred to stay educational needs in mainstream schools help the child to make more resistance, improved performance and perhaps beyond Unsatisfied
