Since7 Years I am handling transport and logistic if I am at your place I won't write any warning latter to them because its my duty to handle all the logistic if I am giving reminder so its my failure.
Just I will arrange substitute transport there are lots of transport companies who can give us better service then them so its is easy to get an other transport service provider instant company or our client suffer.
