Have the cases reported to you every day at EOD with status type as Hot , Warm and Cold , detailed remarks and with next days action plan with appointment time and other key details. Accordingly segregate them and have a discussion with individual Sales persons according to the priority.
The best option is that a sales manager should be available for 24/7 for his team and whenever the team needs him he should get to the problem and to try to solve that specific problem as it arise. This could save lot of time for the sales Manager to get all the team problem at the same time and also if will improve the customer satisfaction level as customer will get the result quickly with in no time.
Further rather to get the followup of the team every day its better to get weekly meeting rather to waste the time daily, by this way regular / routine problems could be discussed in details and could have better solution.
