In your opinion does the profit ratio for real estate development companies is suitable ratio in your country?

Real estate development companies profit ratio is always between7 to10 per cent this ration mainly depend on building materials prices in case of prices rise the ratio is low and if material prices rises the ratio is up .. I think that ratio7 to10 is very good if we look to projects sizes ..

No there are so many elements to it and depends commercial, residential, industrial,,,,,,,,,,,,,
