They said;when the going really gets tough,the tough gets going. in leadership contest how would you overcome this situation at your workplace?

"When the going gets tough, the tough gets going".

I can overcome this situation at my workplace by taking this phrase as a tactical rule in face of challenges and overcome them.

"When the situation becomes difficult, the strong will work harder to meet the challenge."

Also there is wisdom says: "If you want peace, be prepared for war"

Another wisdom says:

"The best defense is a good offense"

Will be taken as rule

My dictionary glossary:

prepared means: develop my skills.

develop my ability.

My self-confidence.

Peace means: stability in the job.

This saying is a universal truth and it is meant for all and a leader is not exceptional.

A good leader meets challenge, even looks for it, to move forward

Successful  leader  faces  challenges  strongly  and  stability,  wisdom  and  skill

Real Leaders are always reluctant to withdraw their process. They may relax when the machine is perfectly geared.

In this era of competition its all about consistent performance to be successful, to put yourself ahead of others.
