Hi,

I would never believe this would be a case. From a general perspective, by workers liberty, I would link that to limited freedom of the employee to choose from among a set of defined parameters, his work preference, his location, his timing, responsibilities he is accountable for etc.

In fact, if his performance is reviewed on the parameters wherein which he too is a stakeholder, I would only believe that productivity would only increase rather then going down. In a world highly interconnected, it is essential that the worker has a high level of liberty to help him decide how best he can contribute to the organizations success.
