Frankly all of them.

Irrespective of which industry they belong. You need the combination of all that's why we need "SMARKETING" as Just 'Marketing' as a role has actually become outdated.

As an employee i expect my employees to have proper empathy & coordination with other departments, supplier's, distributor's thus : Internal Marketing is essential.

To communicate 'Bias - free' & appealing way to distinguish competing brands, highlight our product range benefits: He needs to have command in communication, Interactive & External Marketing skills.

To build the Existing customer base, convert leads to customer's , keep them happy in each interaction, understand their requirements, justify pricing i need them to have "A Relationship Marketing Skills " ...

Thus, everything is important to be competitive & be as well remain the 'Leader of great service of a great product' each time to every customer in the Industry & beyond .... :-)
