For sure, customer satisfaction is at the first position but it is going with high quality of products and services.
Once you reached that goal will be improved whole business levels and bring financial benefit for company and make You to improve products and services even more.
Recommendations from customers are the main goal because without satisfied costumers You don`t have sales or business.
