I tend to be greatful for what I am, what I've achieved and how happy I should be of everything the universe has given me. By thinking to get I must give, to spend quality time with the my children and friends, laughing and supporting them. Appreciating everybody for what they are, not for what they have.
when u start finding that something is your negative, you will automatically try to make it positive... its all about ur mentality agreeing tat something is your negative.
Have a healthy degree of self-love, and not evaluate your negatives in comparison to others. What you consider a negative in your life, try to change to the best of your abilities.

If we are talking about HABITS. Means, we should eliminate negative attitude, thoughts and, that could be done by increasing the number of positive thinker people whom are around us. Besides that, we should know that any type of thoughts comes. It's comes from negative people whom they really care about you & drive you to fail.
