I find writing down the themes below helpful for me as I have never been one to keep a journal or diary of my worries/concerns:

1. What I am grateful for in my life.

2. What would I like to achieve.

3. What do I need to do to.

These questions encourage/empower me to keep looking forward and looking at what I have learnt and is working  or not working in my life to taking steps to keeping out of the negative zone.

Certainly! Writing down your worries is like talking about your problems..that has a tremendous cathartic impact. Offloading your worries in any manner, writing it down, talking it off or through a physical contact..are all great ways to communicate!

Sometimes it does, because for expressing myself through writing is easier than to talk.
