to my knowledge  it is LULU

IN GCC LULU is the largest chain.

I do not know. I have been to Qatar only and I can say that LULU is the largest retail chain in Qatar but not sure for rest of GCC.

I think Carrefour must be the largest retail chain in GCC

 LULU - in terms of Sales .Lulu Doha (Airport Branch) is the BIGGEST hypermarket in GCC in terms of sales.

According to me Emke Group (Lulu Hyper Markets) is the largest retail chain in the GCC.

I've been living in the Netherlands for along time. Even during my business visits to the GCC, I couldn't recognize the largest chain. I'll leave it to the people who know better.
