write all remarks in a notebook about the work procedures which still under processing & which had been finished to avoid lost the time in the work In my opinion doing what I mentioned above, to avoid give a wrong imaging of the the accumulation of work pressure Time period of the work ends - and work does not end

Stress is very important to me.
With stress, I do the best possible job.
The appropriate way to deal with stress is to make sure I have the correct balance between good stress and bad stress.
I need good stress to stay motivated and productive.
I react to situations, rather than to stress.
That way, the situation is handled and doesn't become stressful.
I actually work better under pressure and I've found that I enjoy working in a challenging environment

1- Prioritizing my responsibilities so I have a clear idea of what needs to be done when, has helped me .

i take a short break for5 min, then i make a schedule for my tasks according to the importance of it, that make my mind organized and finishing my tasks in or before the deadline.

You should take your stress as a challenging task.
The worst thing to do when you are stress is to Panick.
Panicking wont resolve neither your stress nor your issues.
Instead, take a deep breath, sit down with a pen and paper and think about a strategy how you going to solve your problems.
Note down everything that comes to your mind, reassemble them and finally you will find the solution.

by following those steps:1- make a work breakdown structure.2- estimate proper time for each task.3- if you can delegate some of the tasks to your work college, then do it.4- don't let your thoughts released in other staffs out of work.5- Be calm, not nervous
