Zero control! Private life is private life.

The only situation when a company might ask a certain employee to change his/her behavior is if certain employee's behaviors are damaging the company image.

None at all. However if this employee is an asset to the company then it is up to the organization to seek help for the employee. Marriage counseling, drug abuse therapy, whatever the case may be.
