How can the employees inform the manager that he and his style of management is wrong?

Suggest ideas, hold a meeting and allow everyone to input their ideas. Communicate the needs and how to resolve it. If you can not hold the meeting then put it in writing and have all employees sign it as well as putting in their two sense on what should be happening. Don't focus on the wrong but rather focus on the positive side and the right and what is best for company.
