Pick up the correct process capability value

Food served at a restaurant should be between38°C and49°C when it is delivered to the customer. The process used to keep the food at the correct temperature has a process standard deviation of2°C and the mean value for these temperature is23. What is the process capability of the process?

A. Cp=5

B. Cp=1.66

C. Cp=0..88

D. Cp=1.22

I believe the answer is choice (C) 0.88

 Cp = ( USL - LSL) /6*STD = (49-38)/6*2 =11/12 =0.92

This is how to calculate the process capability 

Cp is the ratio between the customer acceptable tolerance and6 standard deviations.

The customer tolerance is the differennce between the Upper Standard Limit and the Lower Standard Limit.

Then in our case , Cp= (49-38):6 x  2=11:12=0.91

With the above given conditions using the upper limit, lower limit, mean and standard deviation the potential Cp is0.917 and the actual CpK is2.5.
