Having worked in Saudi Arabia for20+ years, my observation would be the quick response private businesses respond/react to such news in light of the declining capital investments coming from the government side

It will effect job market and if prices remain on same level or further fall down it will cross boundaries of OPEC countries.

I would say that the falling of oil prices may affect OPEC job market depending on the period of that price's fall;In General, and in the case of long term, it may affect OPEC BY:

1. Cutting down Job's offers

2. Holding back any forecast Jobs opportunities

3. Jobs' offering may be at low wages rates
