Age to me is not a factor. A leader is a personality and enthusiasm which without you cannot transcend to others and without the others' trust you want reach your objectives and goals. You need to have this character to be able to lead and manage. The trust of others comes from seeing you as an idol an exemplary of success. You need to have the base knowledge and then you need your character and mind to use this very well.
That's a difficult question, but experience comes with age , and people seem to be experienced with15 years of work, so around40 to45 would be the minimum age for a Team Leader, PE or PM
age is not a factor of a leader but he would b a person who can handle all the things in gud way if the leader is gud all the team will perform in a superb way
Experience is a function of time, therefore age is a factor along with communication, knowledge and guidelines.
Experience years are the factor As well as the integrity & faith and endorsement /recommendation with high qualifications
Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want it to be done because he wants to do it.– Dwight D. Eisenhower
The age s not a vital or basic factor. we can consider in some cases of choosing among many leaders for the same tasks/job.
That is hard to say ... some people can do it after a few years of experience and take over their fathers business ... most PM's I have met been in their mid30's... each person has a different point of maturity in order to be a good leader as a PM
qualifications, skills and experience is the main factor of being in a higher position, being a team leader should be at least in our late40's at this age you need to obtain position but that's depend on your performance.
