I had a critical project delivery a few years back with a considerable number of hours/tasks to be completed in Ramadan.
A couple of points that helped:1.
Making sure the project team understands the end goal, why the pressure, and what needs to be delivered2.
The project team members, as individuals, must also understand their importance & the importance of their teams for success3.
Having stated the above, ask the team on how to achieve the goals and stay productive in Ramadan (I had some team members ask to work after Iftar time, some others wanted to work very early in the morning, etc...).
For me, as long as the task is completed, timing isn't important (Keeping in mind here inter-related tasks and the need of proper coordination from one team/team-member to the next)4.
As a PM.
be a role model that Ramadan shouldnt be an excuse for lacking5.
Last but not least, as it is Ramadan, organize a meal (Iftar) out with the team, that always is a plus and motivator!

Thank you Tamer for your valuable question and also to Vineet for his precise dense answer, also the team productivity can be stabilized during Ramadan ,by adopting a method of sharing the potential load of activities those to be done on the critical hours of the day and be accompanied by a system of recognition and award. Also the spreading of the tasks between the project team and skillful management of total float time zone will be of great value to leveling the load potential impact with in the schedule.
Thank you Best Ramadan.

adjuste work time to take account of the circumstances of fasting without affecting the production----نعدل مواعيد العمل لتراعي ظروف الصائمين دون التاثير علي الانتاجيه المطلوبه

Sharing the work load and spreading it across regions and time zones would be the best way of stabilizing the productivity, having a happy staff while also incorporating resilience in the operations and overall functionalty of the organization.
Wishing all a Happy Ramadan

Very good answers already, I just want to add a little.. it's in the mind.

We can try to instill the correct mindset in us that Ramadan should not be a hindrance.  See how prophet Muhammad pbuh & his companions successfully carried out the moat construction project to protect Medina during Ramadhan.  Also, Hakeem Olajuwon was one of the best center in NBA despite his strict observance of Ramadan.  I think we should pass such message to the fasting members so that they can keep a good spirit during Ramadan.
