Well, it totally depends on you/campaign and various other factors you choose, or the objectives you want to achieve along with it.

The cost of Facebook ads depends on a few factors, but generally ranges from $.05 – $5 per click. Facebook increases the cost of ads based on (a) targeting, (b) bids and (c) engagement.

The more targeted your ads are, the more expensive they become. If you were to target ads to all Facebook users (all1.06 billion), then you would pay just pennies. As you layer in more targeting, such as location, gender and interests – the price goes incrementally up.

Advertisers also decide how much they are willing to pay per click. For example, if one advertiser is willing to pay $1 per click and another advertiser is willing to pay $2, then the second advertiser will pay one penny more than the next highest bidder – so $1.01 for the click. The more you are willing to pay, the more bids you will win.

Lastly, Facebook rewards engagement. If your ad is more interesting/relevant and gets clicked on1/100 times, versus a competitor whose ad only gets clicked on1/1000 times, Facebook will show the better ad more often !!!

If you can identify the opportunity than frankly without spending a penny too you can reach & be effective... They also provide info such as,: age group visited, gender, age group, geography, type of medium used etc But paid forms will help to target specific class or segment ... Age group or geography... The prices used follow various sects,: Is it mass marketing, specific age group or other classification, period of campaign, regularity etc Based in it prices are set on reach & likes.. If its mass & long term along with wide geography than it may go as low as $0.001 .... It will be quoted totally based on the type you ask for... :-) I have several pages & have over10k likes + but I have not spent a penny for it..... But for one of a brand ...The initial round of direct marketing is done & the results were great for free & currently taking a quote for specific type of reaching in GCC... :-)
