I believe, low Job Satisfaction which covers Salary, Work Environment, Growth prospects and Job Safety,, the only reason.
I feel like everything, even the reasons for leaving a job change with the phase of your life. Initially, or in the early years, money is more important than other reasons. In the middle phase, growth opportunities, job satisfaction, differences with management take over, while towards the later phase, location, freedom, alongwith management style of superiors dominate.

All my friends are absolutes right, it depends on the time of leaving, some for promotion, satisfaction, money, environment of organisation, immediate boss , family problems, health problems, Bias in work , no recognition, favouritism, chamchagiri etc.
