How do we solve the dilemma to interpret analysis, when the null hypothesis is neither rejected nor accepted at data required level of significance?

When P-value is not produced by the analytical software and we face the challenge of committing the type two error, how do we save the company's policy/interest under test?

Dear Alvin, the Null hypothesis actually, rejected or Not rejected !!! what you mentioning above "accepted" is NOT used in the Null Hypothesis, the Lambda =0.05 which is the error type limit.
so again there is no such thing says Null hypothesis accepted !

Null Hypothesis is solely formulated for the purpose of rejection.
But there are some analysis where we fail to reject it and not accept it.
Yet the dilemma remains under the condition of the question above.
