Yes ofcurse well not all can be equall in an organization some maybe more while others less experinced we have to work as a team to achieve the goals so this should not be a problem

We should give our partners in work, with less working experience, the chance to show their creativity and ideas in work development, because we already passed through their situation once before when we got our first career rank.
Believe it, I noticed that less experienced or (fresh) people are more creative than saturated experience people.
Definitely I accept working with them and we help each other out.

Yes, It would be my pleasure working with such upcoming employees. Not being mean, but such coordination will boost your knowledge, brush your basics, discover new theories and ideas and in return they achieve good support and supervision that will add up to their experiences.
They might be less experienced at that moment but what is to realise here is that there was a time when we were in that position. And as of now its your time to bring them up, motivate them and as a team accomplish any exigent tasks.
No problem, May this person be a hard worker one and in few time he will be more effective than me.
One day all of us was persons without experience, But because we have worked with experienced people, Now we have it.
I woudl accept working with someone who is younger and have a different experience so that we could add value to each other, however, working with someone with less experience even if older could be for the sake of "Living" - I would prefer to decline that approach!!
My son is fond of science he once told me that, there are three types of biological relationships called ''The Symbiosis":
- Mutualism (both parties benefits) - and I like that one
- Commensalism (one benfits without haring the other party) and
- Parcitism: (one benfits and the other paty got hurt)
I guess our human relationship, rarely does go out of the above, we have the power to choose the right one!!

all people are not specialist but in their filed they are working so, less or more knowledge will be there but in work it doesn't effect if there is a sustainable environment then.
When learning to drive an instructor is useful.
When learning to work an instructor is a must.
Look at this way, the small amount of time spent with less experienced worker will benefit a company greatly in the future as a student never forgets a good teacher.
It may not feel like useful time spent whilst doing it, but it will all come into play later on.
As well it can teach you too, no-one knows everything and we all can learn something new everyday.

If there is harmony and we are going forward a good direction which will end up with good results for 3 of the parties (Company-Employees-Customers), i would definitely work with him/her.
of course yes, each one have his skills and experience, and most of time if your work with team you will deal with many type of people, you can learn him something can help him in his work or someone will learn you something can help you too, in the end the project or job should be done
of course, yes Because no body is born learned or experienced, though he has less experience, on the other hand he may be good on the other skills like programming, Accounting, etc; everyone has something valuable in them.
