Each & everything …. Complete cycle .
Without having product knowledge it is impossible to sell a product to client / customer.
1- Technical details of your product
2- USP's pf product
3- Market size
4- competitors
5- Prospects
You have to first nderstand the needs and wants of the client. Based on that do an exhaustive research of all possible queries that might pop-up during th meet.
You should know everything about your product. Of course it is not necessarily to know the very technical details, but you should be able to answer any question that you get from your customers
1 )How your product is going to fulfill every requirement of the client
2) how your product is abreast of the competitors products and what you have to offer that others don't and how those features are going to throttle the clients productivity.
Before being able to pitch to client you yourself should have experienced the product then only you would be able to identify the strengths and weakness and you would be more confident about the product, rest all will come naturally.
Theorically you can have all the product knowledge, it all will sound like a jazz without having experienced it.
Is know the client ( qualification ) and see what is the right product from our portofolio to start geting her attention and desire.
