السلام عليكم يجب ان يتحلى بالاتى المسئولية و حسن اتخاذ القرار القدرة على تكوين فريق عمل متكامل و متجانس العمل الجاد و المتقن وجود خطط بديلة لمواجهة اي مخاطر بالادارة المسئول عنها مهارات الاتصال و العرض العمل تحت ضغط

سؤال رائع ومفيد جدا توضيح هام / الادارة ليست شئ واحد ولا تندرج الا بتخصصات واضحة بمعنى ان ادارة المؤسسة تختلف عن الشركة تختلف عن المجموعة وادارة الموارد البشرية تختلف عن ادارة العقود والمشتريات عن الادارة المالية عن ادارة الامن والسلامة إلخ .......) اما اذا تحدثنا بشكل عام عن الادارى الناجح فلابد ان تتوفر لديه عدة مميزات عامة ومن اهمها :
1- مهاراته (حسب التخصص) افتراضا أنه يعمل مبرمج فلابد من مهارات ( الحاسب الالي والبرمجة)
2- مهاراته في التفاعل الاجتماعي بين زملائه وبين العملاء
3- لبق اللسان وحسن المظهر
4- عمله الجاد والمتقن وامانته في العمل
5- العمل علي تنمية روح الجماعة بين افراد العمل
6- القدرة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات
7- القدرة علي العمل تحت ضغط مع تحمل ضغوط العمل
8- الابداع في العمل وليس الاقتصار على العمل المفروض عليه فقط
