Have a daily to do list!!!!
No matter how much work there is create a strategy where you have daily goals to achieve; This will always make you smile every evening as you are ticking it off and getting ready for the next day. It's all about planning as per the urgency.
The challenging part about working under pressure is that your mind gets distracted and unable to focus because of the too much work load, so my advice would be is that when faced with work pressure, the first thing you must do is try to be calm and relax, don't let the thought (how am I going to finish all of this) controls you, make a plan for finish the work, and start step by step and try to be more organized.
Start from Planning to how to achieve those work
Divide the work to small task
Distribute those task with timetable
Do not shift any to the next day

1- make a work breakdown structure. 2- estimate proper time for each task. 3- if you can delegate some of the tasks to your work college, then do it. 4- don't let your thoughts released in other staffs out of work. 5- Be calm, not nervous
