Skill, Knowledge, Hard work and Attitude !
Skill, knowledge and hard work are self earned and self determined.
Attitude is linked to behavior and behavior changes with the surrounding environment. Employees walk into an organisation with a positive opinion based on earlier discussions with the employer. Means the employee makes an entry with a positive attitude. This attitude might change over time with the surrounding environment, over commitment made, mismatch in job role, job satisfaction, etc. Therefore it is very important to ensure full clarity and understanding before making a job offer and before accepting the same.
There is no definite method to measure Attitude. Attitudes can be difficult to measure because measurement is arbitrary, meaning people have to give attitudes a scale to measure it against, and attitudes are ultimately a hypothetical construct that cannot be observed directly.
The surrounding environment is bound to change as the time changes and behavior of the employee will also change as nothing is stagnant and constant. This is the CHALLENGING stage as to how one communicates and persuades the employees to keep their behavior positive towards the change. Failure in doing so is a disaster for an organisation as the employee will simply start showing negative attitude towards everything and thereby having an impact on the productivity. The employer may simply fire the employee and get into the same vicious circle.
Persuasive message that threatens self-image is much more likely to be rejected.
Therefore for an organisation it is very important to keep the employees behavior positive towards the changes to ensure a positive attitude. Thus an ATTITUDE is very important in man management.

Skills, knowledge, hard work, attitude, ...................In your opinion, what is the most important factor of them?
I firmly believe that “Attitude” takes away the cake out of the four traits you have mentioned.
A person may have excellent skills, knowledge and may be willing to work hard but if the attitude is negative the former three good traits get nullified. Negative attitude does affect the persons career adversely if positive steps are not initiated to curb the tendency
When an employee reports to work, his attitude affects his work performance and can have an impact on the employee morale around him. Generally, workers with good attitudes have stronger performance, and workers with poor attitudes exhibit less-than-superior performance. It is up to managers to monitor employee attitudes and address attitude problems such as negativity and laziness.
The attitudes of the employees have the potential to make or break a company. Attitude is at the heart of good performance, efficiency and attentive customer service. High morale will drive your staff to do their best, going above and beyond the bare minimum required by their job descriptions. Bad employee attitudes have both tangible and intangible consequences, leading to shoddy work as well as an atmosphere of malaise and tension. If there is a pervasive problem with the attitude of managers or workers, you can find its effects somewhere in the organization, such as high rates of absenteeism and turnover.
We all know that First impressions count. one reason interviews cause job seekers so much anxiety is the need to make a favourable first impression. Although qualifications make up the bulk of the hiring decision, employers are also looking at the kind of attitude you display to determine whether or not you'd be an asset to the organization.
If a person is always this furrow-browed employee, the chorus of sighs and complaints, accented with eye rolls, he or she will earn the worst reputation of everyone. And whether or not such an employee is aware, the boss will notice, too. Habitual negativity is a problem because it can quickly become your trademark and overshadow any accomplishments. And in a tough job market, when workers are feeling stressed and employers consider trimming head count, you don't want to be remembered for being the local sourpuss.
Thus it is important to have a positive attitude if one is to benefit from their knowledge, skill and willingness to work hard.

In order to succeed in business you must: 1- have acquired knowledge2-supported by by skills3-and to complete success must be hard work
All of these factors guide you to make the right attitudes on the basis of which you achieve superiority
attitude is the result of three factors: knowledge, skills, hard work ... which leads you to progress in your business if you know to take the right attitude at the right time
Skills, knowledge, hard work and attitude..According to me this four are backbone's of an employee. co related one.
A person with loads of skills and no knowledge towards it,How he will correct the problem?.
Same way a person with loads of knowledge and do not have technical skills who will go near to him when an equipment error comes?.
Hard work without knowledge and skills how can he/she achieve success in career?
Careless attitude towards work what will be the next?.
