In order to solve a problem, it is necessary to have the right decision making skills, through creative thinking (thinking out of the box) and logical analysis, to reach to a sensible conclusion.  Therefore, every individual must have all these qualities in them to perform well, either personally or professionally.

Lack of any one of these qualities is the reason why the individual fails in case of facing a problem.  Therefore, for me, all these are of equal importance on a high level.
