Employment in the future will be up to the highest degree of progress and prosperity due to the presence of international companies and specialized companies to attract skills and competencies Where the employment policy in evil based on the needs of the competencies that meet the requirements of specific jobs, and we look forward to recruit who has the competencies required by the job.
Therefore, employment is not according to the priority of application, but according to the vacancies and work requirements

It's going from better to better.
On the past you was forced to take the newspapers and go to the Jobs pages then start searching, Then take up the phone and start calling or fax your resume.
These days you can:
1- Write your dream job in Google and press Search.

2- Like the recruitment pages on Facebook.

3- Search for HR emails, And you will find a lot.

4- Signup your application on the recruitment sites and apply to the suitable opportunities.
A big difference between the past and the present.
And I think that what will come will be more different.

Great question! We pretty much have a consensus with the answers already posted.
The future of recruitment is most definitely online.
Job seekers can search for suitable job opportunities online and promote their candidature through social media.
With the advancement of technology recruiters have access to a massive pool of talent with a click of a few buttons.
However, I also believe that regardless of how tech savvy the recruitment process becomes, it is important for every recruiter to maintain some form of human interaction with job seekers.
Sourcing candidates is easy; finding the “right” candidate for the position is the real test.

'Online' is the best word to describe the future of recruitment.
With leading job sites offering employers access to a wide pool of top talent, and social media platforms to complement the whole process, hiring will be faster, easier and more effective.

Recruitment shall become more interactive and virtual.
With the world becoming more local and companies becoming more conscious of their costs - I see a lot more of virtual processes.
Video Interviews/Video Resumes/Online Assessments and finally a virtual office! Most of the above is already happening in a niche area - it will gradually become the norm.
