Hi !! Greetings of Peace !! A Vision statement reflects where you (the organization) aims to be.
Example: XYZ Airlines- Vision Statement- To be the best and preferred airlines locally and in the entire middle east.
A Mission statement reflects HOW you will reach where you aim to be.
Example: XYZ Airlines- * To set up international standards.
* To provide the best customer services.
* Etc.
Etc Hope the above helps.
Warm regards- Richard
