Yes sure it's possible ! and easier when it's an easy customer who not demand a lot of things :)

Customer expectations and satisfaction are closely related, So Customer's level of satisfaction is dependent on the expectations he has for a company ---> My answer will be "Yes it's possible"

My Answer Will be "Yes it is possible".
Explanation: If the service provider or sales person knows what the customer is expecting from his product or business then sure he can satisfy his customer.
Also the sales person should move friendly to the customer needs and he should help the customer whenever he expects the hand of the business or sales person then sure the customer will be very happy to be a part of the business.

As we say the desires are unlimited so too expectations.
Fundamentally, there are three different levels of expectation between what a customer expects and what a customer accepts while they walk into any establishments.
Customer expectations are always very high, that's the treatment the customer desires and hopes to receive from an establishment.
However, a customer is willing to accept a minimal level of service, provided his expectations meet with his perception about the service provider.
Nevertheless, one should strive not only to satisfy a customer but to delight anytime and every time when s/he walks in.
This is where different strategies are used always to expect the unexpected to delight a customer.

Business is no business without a customer. Customer is the business foundation. Technically, any business establishment expects their customer to feel happy with them. I think it is possible if the service provider knows what the customers are expecting from them.
Also, the customers' expectation varies depending on the business, countery,culture..etc.
The one million dollar question is "What are my customers’ expectations?" and companies conduct surveys, test groups, focus groups and spend millions just to have that question answered.

Yes it is difficult but not imposible because in the start of relation custoer`s expectation are so high and you feel difficulties to fulfill but as realation deepen you understand customer nature and your relation with customer also built up, now it is very easy to drive the customer according to your mindset because now the customer have confidence on you.
