I think, and i believe most of HR people would agree with me, that the employee's attitude defines and affects his behavior within an organization despite his satisfaction. Not to be very negative, let's take the perfectionist type and put this character under the microscope; these people won't last more than a couple of years in the same company or position, they are always seeking for more and are always building high expectations and this is clearly proven in managerial levels no matter what the organization is giving them as a package or as working conditions or working atmosphere; such employees takes their job pretty seriously and on the personal level, the fact that would tremendously affect their behavior inside the group; yet such candidates are hardworkers and effective...

A company that values its employee by addressing their needs and help them on making the right outcome, will result on positive and loyal workforce
